Specifically designed for use on small to medium size wood pizza ovens such as the Gozney Dome, this 5 piece set will provide you with years of pleasure and use through there strong pure stainless steel construction.
This set was created in cooperation with Oven manufacturers and testers such as Matt of Harpland productions ( Please see YouTube) and Alpha* Ovens
The grip is 5/8" Pharmaceutical grade Pipe that is welded onto the 1/2" shaft.
All shafts are 18" Long and TIG welded by hand no rivets.
The 4 piece set includes:
1-Pizza Turning peel- 7" diameter slotted head and 18" long shaft plus 7" head-1/2" Pharmaceutical grade tube shaft topped with 1" display ring also in stainless steel. Total Length 25"
2-Amber Rake for pushing and propping up the fire- 18" long shaft 1/2" Pharmaceutical grade tube shaft topped with 1" display ring also in stainless steel. Total Length 34"
3-DareBuilt stone cleaner and scraper-18" long shaft 1/2" Pharmaceutical grade tube shaft topped with 1" display ring also in stainless steel. Total Length 27"
4-DareBuilt Utility hook for skillets and pan cooking in the hot oven and popping bubbles on pizza-18" long shaft 1/2" Pharmaceutical grade tube shaft topped with 1" display ring also in stainless steel.
5-Brass brush-18" long shaft 1/2" Pharmaceutical grade tube shaft topped with 1" display ring also in stainless steel.
